Dear Paul, Nom, and your team at Thailand Holiday Homes,

Ped, myself and the children would like to thank you for making our holiday with your company beyond our greatest expectations.
The holiday started with us being collected at Bangkok Airport by private minibus arranged by Thailand Holiday Homes (THH), exactly
as had been agreed when we booked with THH.
We were welcomed at the villa by Tuk, our Customer Service Rep, who couldn’t have been more helpful. Following a short check-in process,
Tuk showed us round the villa, which was immaculate, and exactly as described on the website. The space in the villa was breath-taking.
We were handed the keys to the car and the villa and left to relax after our long trip. Although the children had been up for over 24 hours, they
immediately begged for their swimming costumes so they could play in the swimming pool, and relax in the Jacuzzi.
Once we’d settled in, it didn’t take too long to find our way around. Jomtien Beach was 1Km away, a 15 minute walk, and the centre of Pattaya
was just a 15 minute drive away. We made full use of the THH Courtesy ‘Baht Bus’, and it only cost approx. 300 Baht from the centre of Pattaya
back to the villa. If you’re feeling brave a motorbike taxi is just 150 Baht.
The villa is ideally situated to be away from the noise and bustle of Pattaya, but convenient for local shops (Tesco, Big C), and all sight-seeing
attractions.
We enjoyed visits to Pattaya Floating Market, the Million Year Stone Park, Pattaya Water Park, Undersea World. THH arranged tickets for us all to go
to the world famous Tiffany’s Lady-boy cabaret show (front-row seats), and the children loved the 10 pin bowling on the top floor of the Central Festival
complex, where there is also a multiplex cinema. If you like shopping, there is no shortage of malls and shops selling anything you can imagine.
The villa made an ideal base, and we were well looked after. Any requests we made were actioned immediately, and the cleaning staff were
exceptional.
At the end of our holiday, THH arranged our return to the airport even printing our boarding passes for us in advance.
In summary, if you are thinking of visiting Thailand I would highly recommend the services of THH to make your holiday complete. A hotel just doesn’t
compare with the independence you get from renting your own luxury villa, where the whole family can be together, and have the space and freedom
to relax completely. We intend to return as soon as we are able, and will not have any hesitation in using THH again.
