stayed at your villa and was not the best stay we ever had here the villa was dirty when we arrived and had to ask to get the front cleaned up food bags and mess every were.
had to wait for two hours before we can have the car as it was gone for a clean on top of that the safe was locked and had to wait a hour or more for the safe to be opened after a few calls then had to call your office to get someone to come out.
water ran out two times and had to wait for someone to come out to help.
the a/c in 2 bedrooms were leaking water on to the beds.
the remote for the t.v&dvd were broken and needed shakeing to work the pool table had no cue tips on them that worked and pool table was ripped in a few places the place needed painting it is not classed as luxury villas at all we were very unhappy and i got alot of stick from my friends over this as i booked it and to top things up we woke up in the morning to find bread/milk/water/tea bags and other food missing the day we were leaveing so over all not happy at all with the stay at your villa.
as we come every year this villa has been very upsetting to us the way we were treated and then before we were going asked for tips again and again.

That was the second time we had book the villa trough THH service, and i would like to say that again it was beautiful, like the previous one, everything was in place, friendly personnel, in a word - perfect service. Personal thanks to Nim for help with all organizational matters.
