This luxurious Villa has been completely refurbished to a very high standard specifically for the rental market. It is spacious and well equipped with everything you will need to make your stay a real pleasure. There are many books and DVDs for your enjoyment and there is Cable TV provided as well as ADSL in the lounge for your computer. Car hire can be arranged. Daily cleaning service is included with twice weekly bedding change. There are 4 double bedrooms but the 5th is quite small with a single bed. It is Ok for use as a child's room or perhaps for a Maid.
Step out from the large terrace to the inviting 10 x 5 swimming pool with sunbathing deck and massive feature sala where you can take your drinks or enjoy a meal. The large, lush, tropical garden is an oasis of tranquility in a dream setting which is totally secluded. The Villa itself is of contemporary design and there is ample parking for 3 cars- 2 under cover-secured by electronic gates. The lounge is 70sq m and has a very high wooden vaulted ceiling and a minstrels gallery overlooks from the first floor. Three double French doors lead to the large terrace. The floors are marble throughout and furnishings are new and of top quality teak and leather. Enjoy the 42 in plasma TV and a full home theatre with surround sound will add to your enjoyment. ADSL is also included. There is a luxury fully equipped kitchen with units by Fagor. Three bedrooms are en suite with King size teak beds. The 4th has Queen size and 5th is a single. They both share the guest bathroom with shower.

Of the four bedrooms that Villa Ponkai enjoys, three are situated on the ground floor, while the remaining one is upstairs. There is another smaller room upstairs with a single bed, which could be used as an extra bedroom although there is only a fan, no air-conditioning. All the downstairs bedrooms have double beds, air-conditioning and televisions. The master bedroom enjoys an ensuite bathroom and is also a suite with a leather settee. Open up the patio doors to reveal the Phuket Horse Riding Club and its scenic paddocks next door. Three of the five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, all immaculately equipped with classy fixtures and fittings. The main upstairs bedroom is fitted with elegant wooden flooring, providing a warm and gracious environment. |
