This is an 8 bedroom luxury residence, with everything for a private, secure and relaxing retreat. There are 6 King Bed villa bedrooms surrounding a swimming pool, and 2 more bedrooms above dining/living room; 6 with ensuite bathrooms, while the two above share bathroom. Each is nicely furnished with Jim Thompson silks and elegant Asian furniture. The villa resort is ideal for families, groups of friends, and small company retreats, in a quiet peaceful village, not far from long soft sandy Bang Tao beach, other luxury hotels, small shops and beachside or roadside restaurants & trendy bars.
This property is perfect for groups of friends or large families travelling together to share a Phuket holiday experience. This is like having your own luxury hotel, just for you and your friends, which is a very unique opportunity.
Location:
Situated in Bang Tao Village and 500 meters from Bang Tao Beach, home to several luxurious hotels and plenty of beachside stalls/shops, massage areas/spas, and café/restaurants. It is just a short drive to the more peaceful Surin and Leam Singh beaches with nice snorkeling coral rocks to explore. A new miniature golf course for young families is a short walk away and larger golf, tennis and water sport activities, plus bigger shops and supermarkets are available within a few minutes drive. The vibrant nightlife of Patong Beach is a 20 minute drive south while Phuket Town is 30 minutes east and the airport about 20 minutes north.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
There are 8 bedrooms, all tastefully furnished with King sized beds, air-conditioning, walk in wardrobes, lounge areas, some with terraces and extra chairs or sun loungers outside, writing desks, fans and TVs with satellite/DVD players and small fridge/minibars fully stocked with drinks, snacks & even sun cream! The bedrooms also have mini-safes with umbrellas, robes & slippers, in the walk-in wardrobes.
Bathroom:
6 bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and 2 above living room share a bathroom, all with bathtubs including showers, basins and toilets in neat ample spaces.
Dining room :
There is a long joined wooden dining table for 12-14 people while the ‘ying-yang’ swimming pool has an adjoining sala shade for two, wooden table/chairs under umbrella for 4 and a back-side wooden terrace with more chairs. So there are many dining options in and out of the villa.
Kitchen:
The open-plan but staff-run fully equipped kitchen has lots of food for every meal such as a food mixer, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, microwave, electric stove, oil fryer, oven, ventilator and double sink. There is also a nearby utility/store room with 2 washing machines, baby cots, 1 high chair, and other equipment available such as an iron & ironing board.
Living rooms:
The main living area blends with dining area within the open plan living space and beside the kitchen. There are some authentic furnishings from across Thailand, with Asian paintings and Buddha sculptures that compliments the rattan sofa and coffee table. There is also an entertainment/media room with large flat screen TV, and wide selection of DVDs, a quality sound system, plus X-Box for games, another sofa for 4 people, plus a fax machine, computer & Internet desk. There is also a pool table upstairs, table tennis table in courtyard, and bicycles in store.
