With Bali styled architecture and built using materials from all over south east Asia, Villa Suay has that perfect exotic feel, while at the same time giving you convenience of luxurious western furnishings. It truly is a perfect hideaway, situated in a quiet hillside near Klong Khong beach, Koh Lanta
The carved wooden entrance gates are from a Balinese temple, and this immediately sets the scene –you’ll arrive immediately into the tropical private walled garden where you can enjoy the exotic flora and hear the sculptured fountain trickling quietly into the swimming pool.
The garden and swimming pool area is the central focus of the whole villa – you can access this tranquil area literally only steps from every room in the house.
Location
Villa Suay is blessed with a fantastic location – far enough into the hillside to be perfectly quiet, but only 500m walk down to Klong Khong beach, Koh Lanta. Down on the beach you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars and massage facilities.
Long Beach is around 4km to the north – there you’ll experience a huge selection of eateries and nighttime entertainment. 8km south is the ‘boutique’ area of Klong Nin, with quaint beachside bars and restaurants made from local wood.
Villa Suay has 24 hour security, plus a reception manned daily during office hours. The staff are friendly and attentive, and will see to your every need. They can suggest activities and arrange booking for any excursion you wish to try be it scuba diving, paddle-boarding, fishing, kayaking and many more. Each operator picks you up from the villa, and drops you there at the end of the day, making Villa Suay an extremely convenient choice for your Koh Lanta holiday.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
The large air-conditioned bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms fitted to the highest standards. The beds themselves are amazingly comfortable. The master bedroom is slightly larger with a convenient day bed for you to relax on during the heat of the day – this can also be used to accommodate another guest, bringing the maximum occupancy of the villa to 5 people.
Bathroom:
Surely one of the great features of Villa Suay is the tropical style bathroom – ensuite to each of the two bedrooms. Each bathroom is open on one side giving you a view of banana and palm tress plus other stunning flowers native to this region, and comes with hot water shower, toilet and basin.
Dining room :
It’s truly a pleasure to eat in the dining area with the carved wooden table and place settings for 5 people. You can enjoy your lunch in style with a fantastic view of the garden and swimming pool.
Kitchen:
Adjoining the dining area, the kitchen in Villa Suay is fitted to the highest European standards. While preparing your meal you can absorb the sounds of the tropical surroundings, giving inspiration to your culinary creation. The kitchen has plenty of modern appliances to help you – cooking hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge freezer and high quality kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery.
Living rooms:
The comfortable lounge area boasts a large plasma TV and luxury sofa. If that’s not enough, the open-air style of this room allows you to walk to the pool in only 5 steps!
