Just thought I would drop you a line to say the villa was in great condition, the service of the maids, cleaners and staff to meet us was good, location was great, easy to get taxis, and we had a most enjoyable stay.
We hope to return next year and will recommend your company to other friends who go to Thailand.

If you’re looking for amazing unbroken panoramic sea views while being close to beaches and amenities, Villa Talay View is for you! Situated about 1km south of the stunning Klong Nin beach, Koh Lanta and just before the perfect Nui Beach, this Cliffside property simply takes your breath away.
The Thai / Bali style architecture is stunning, and every room has superb views of the Andaman sea. The interior is tastefully furnished with items from the northern Thai region of Chiang Mai, giving Villa Talay View a real Asian feel.
Location:
This location really is perfect – the stunning sea views and complete tranquility of the villa, combined with the two perfect beaches nearby make this an ideal choice for your Koh Lanta holiday.
1km north is Klong Nin, which has arguably the best beach on Koh Lanta. Here you’ll find many bars and restaurants, and some minimarts to buy supplies. You can also book any excursion you wish from any of the tour offices there.
If you want total seclusion, you only need to stroll 400m down to the deserted Nui Beach – one of the last beaches left on Koh Lanta with absolutely no development. Sit in the shade of the huge trees that line the beach and watch the local fisherman at work…or lie on the white sands and top up your tan.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
There is 1 bedroom in Villa Talay View, accessed down a stairway that leads off from the sea view terrace. The large double bed faces the ocean, and through the windows you can enjoy the ocean view. This room is air-conditioned but also has ceiling fans. Another sleeping area upstairs in the living area makes this villa suitable for 4 people.
Bathroom:
There are 2 bathrooms in Villa Talay View – one ensuite to the master bedroom, and one upstairs by the kitchen. Both are fitted to western standards with hot water.
Dining room :
The dining area is outside on the large sea view terrace – there’s also a big awning to protect you from the heat of the day while you have lunch. Here up to four people can enjoy the views during their meal.
Kitchen:
The kitchen area has a complete inventory of essential cooking and snack preparation items such as fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, gas cooker and all cutlery and crockery for 4 people. You can gaze out of the window while you’re cooking, watching the sunset or local sea eagles hovering around in the breeze.
Living rooms:
The living area has a comfortable sofa and TV with cable connection with over 50 channels. This room also has superb sea views, so really there’s no need to watch the TV! This area also has a sleeping area with sofa bed, to accommodate an extra 2 people, bringing the maximum to 4 people. The living space is air conditioned, or you can open the doors and enjoy a cool sea breeze.
