The villa is set within 2200 square meters of landscaped tropical gardens with steps leading down to its own private rocky beach and small sandy beach area set back in the rocks. The garden has many fruit trees including coconuts, papaya, pineapples, bananas and cashew nuts as well as a large assortment of tropical plants and flowers.
This house is not suitable for children under the age of 8 partly due to low 3 meter wide windows and infinity edge pool with 3 meter drop. The house is also located off an unsealed road on hillside land with steps leading down to it and therefore has no wheel chair access and is unsuitable for people with mobility difficulties.
Electricity: There are no power lines in Than Sadet so therefore everyone living here is reliant on their own generators and alternative forms of power, including White Azure which uses a combination of generators, solar and battery power which are maintained by the onsite staff.
Telephone: is available at some of the local restaurants and also at White Azure house via a wifi enabled broadband satellite internet connection with Skype if you have a laptop. The villa comes with staff that lives onsite in a separate house and are there to enhance your holiday experience.
Location
Koh Phangan is famous for being the main island where the full-moon parties take place just a short ferry ride from Koh Samui or Surathani. The island is the perfect tropical island getaway that tourists to Thailand crave.

Bedroom 1:
Fully furnished double bedroom, with netted 4 poster bed which opens out onto a large private terrace with magnificent views of the bay.
Bedroom 2:
Fully furnished double bedroom with netted 4 poster bed with amazing panoramic sea views from massive 3 meter wide windows.
Bedroom 3:
Fully furnished ensuite double bedroom with large 3 meter sea facing windows with anti insect screens and has its own private entrance
Bedroom 4:
Fully furnished ensuite double bedroom with anti insect screens and spectacular views of the coastline through 3 meter wide windows with its own private entrance and separate kitchen area.
Kitchen:
The villa is fitted with a modern plan contemporary kitchen with polished granite work surfaces, pool side bar and open plan sound system party area. Appliances include gas powered fridge freezer, gas oven and hob, toaster, grill, washing machine, blender and water purification system. There is also another smaller kitchen area set between bedrooms 3 and 4 with kitchen sink, cupboard, kettle and shelving area with recessed spotlights and plug sockets.
Living rooms:
The poolside Japanese style dining room boasts magnificent coastline views and a unique sunken dining area that can seat up to 12 guests. The dining room table is designed to convert to a low cushioned platform for daytime lounging.
If you?re too relaxed to prepare food for yourself a restaurant delivery service is available to cater to your needs.
Lounge
The poolside lounge is comfortably furnished with a 3 piece suite and Thai cushion recliners and is fully equipped with satellite TV, DVD, CD, MP3 and extensive DVD film library.
