With a Thai Contemporary design there are 3 separate dwellings on the site set around the 10m x 5m swimming pool. Parking is available for 2 cars. The main house has a big European kitchen, large living /dining space with outdoor terrace, guest toilet and ensuite bedroom.
The guest house also has a large living /dining space, small fully stocked kitchen with furnished outdoor terrace and ensuite bedroom.
If you seek a self catering holiday, a full range of international food items can be purchased at the big international supermarkets on the island, including a good selection of wines. The Sala is set beside an ensuite bedroom and has beautiful views of the garden and swimming pool. Both the guest house and swimming pool are wheelchair friendly.

There are three bedrooms within Santi Thani Villa, two situated in the main house, and one in the guest house. All the bedrooms have double beds, air-conditioning, balcony/terraces and ensuite bathrooms. The Master Bedroom also has a television. |

The three bathrooms are all ensuite and have showers, toilets and wash basins for your usage. The Master Bathroom also has a raised outdoor area with a spacious Jacuzzi that is private. |

When it comes to dining, there are numerous options available. There are dining tables in both the main house and guest house, alongside tables on some of the outdoor terraces. Whether you want to eat outside or indoors, you will have no problems whatsoever. |

There are two kitchens in the villa – one in the main house area and the second in the guest building area. The main kitchen is spacious and built to European standards and enjoys modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, refrigerator and four-ring stovetop. The second kitchen is slightly smaller but owns a microwave, refrigerator, toaster and a four-ring stovetop. |

There are also two living rooms set over the two living buildings. The lounge within the main house enjoys light tones and wooden beams that straddle the ceiling. The cream colored three-piece settee is luxurious and within a short distance to entertainment facilities that includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player and a wide selection of international TV channels. The second lounge in the guest building enjoys a mixture deep red and white color walls that contrast nicely with the wooden ceiling beams. This area also owns a TV with international channels. |
