This 5-bedroom villa is set slightly up a hill gaining it outstanding views across the unspoilt north-eastern peninsular of Samui. No high-rises here, just a beautiful palm covered vista with the sea further to the left, right, and ahead. The sea views are dotted with islands confirming the notion that you are in paradise. Tutu manages your stay with breakfast included, and can arrange car-hire, outings, and a chef although you have a cook already who unobtrusively looks after you and can buy your food and prepare lunch and dinner too at a reasonable cost. Relax in your private pool overlooking Koh Som and soak in the amazing pleasures the tropics have to offer.
Location Five minutes from Samui Airport, and within 10k of busier parts of Samui, this area is quiet. The beach just a kilometre away is devoid of water sports, as the sea is only two metres deep, and within a kayak hop to Koh Som. The fitter holidaymakers can swim it! The Big Buddha at Bo Phut is within 3 k, and more importantly, you can see it from the balcony and pool.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
The master suite is also on this top floor in a separate building overlooking the pool and views. Downstairs one level there is a further ensuite bedroom on the same level as the second lounge. Down to the lowest level there are three more bedrooms…a twin that connects through to a double via a shared bathroom, which is another ensuite that also leads out to the lawned tropical garden.
Bathroom:
There are four bathrooms. The master ensuite has indoor and outdoor areas. Outside is a bath and shower. Inside there is a shower, WC, and double basins. All ensuites have glass-panelled showers and modern fixtures.
Dining room :
Open-plan with the living and dining areas and alongside the patio doors to the views, there is a dining room table with 6 chairs. Outside there is another set with all the usual poolside furniture. Downstairs there is another lounge with TV, DVD, sound system, air-con, a sofa and floor beds for the in-house massage facility.
Kitchen:
Three bar stools and a large bar/worktop preface the modern kitchen, which has everything you may require for that holiday away from home; and if you choose not to use it then your housekeeper will do everything for you. There is a coffee maker, rice cooker, American fridge, kettle, built-in microwave and separate oven. There is also a four-burner hob with extractor above.
Living rooms:
On entering the living room from the parking area at the highest point of the property, the magnificent views are immediately apparent. Your balcony and blue tiled pool form the foreground, and then the myriad of palm trees lead the eye down to the sea. There is no TV or air-con here as the Pacific Ocean breezes and the views are all you need to begin your holiday of a lifetime.
