This newly built property enjoys an elevated position in Island Koh Samui, commanding spectacular views of Lamai and the gulf of Thailand, that can be enjoyed from a stunning infinity pool terrace Jacuzzi as well as from inside the villa. The lower level of the villa has a maid’s area, private drive and carport. The landscaped gardens have tropical plants and are beautifully maintained.
The villa is luxurious and has very high spec as well as all of the modern conveniences you would expect for a villa of this standard. The villa can be rented as a whole, or the upper level can be rented independently.
Both levels have a western kitchen and can operate independently from each other. The large L-shaped pool and separate Jacuzzi offer the perfect opportunity to cool off and relax and the pool terrace is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor dining from the modern gas BBQ. The villa is walled and has twenty four hour security.
Location:
The villa has a spectacular elevated location and has been luxuriously fitted out. The villa is in easy reach of the beach, shops and local restaurants. The busy town of Lamai is only four kilometers away and has a western supermarket, fresh food markets, restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. The beach at Lamai is well worth a visit. Other local attractions include island safari, elephant trekking, temples, a butterfly farm, an aquarium and bird show, isolated pristine beaches and virgin rain forest.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
On the top level, bedroom one can be found just off the kitchen. The room has ocean views, a large comfortable bed and ample wardrobe space as well as an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two is also accessed via the kitchen and has views of the terrace, ocean and pool. This room has a vanity table and mirror as well as an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom one on the lower level is directly off the lounge. This comfortable room has a separate dressing area with ample wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two can be accessed from the living area or the sun terrace where there is a hammock in which to relax. This room is also very comfortable, has ample wardrobe space and an en-suit bathroom.
Bathroom:
All four of the en-suite bathrooms have been tastefully decorated and have modern rain showers. The en-suite to bedroom two, on the top level, also has a bathtub.
Dining room :
The dining area on the upper level has a large oblong shaped wooden table that can comfortably seat six, has ocean and pool views and is conveniently located just off the kitchen. The dining area on the lower level has ocean views and a round table with a lazy Susan feature and can comfortably seat four. There is a further dining area on the sun terrace that can comfortably seat eight diners.
Kitchen:
The villa has two kitchens, one on each level, both of which have breakfast bars, two ringed gas hobs, microwaves and ample cooking utensils and a toaster and kettle. The cupboards are wooden and the work surfaces are black granite.
Living rooms:
The lounge on the upper floor is just off the dining area and has comfortable rattan furniture and access to the pool, terrace and Jacuzzi. The room has a large flat panel TV and has been decorated with attractive art works and a large stone urn. The room has uninterrupted views of the mountains and oceans. The living area on the lower level has splendid views, is of a similar design to the upper level living area and has access to a large dining and sun terrace.
