This walled villa offers the ultimate in privacy and security and is accessed by a large, sturdy, sliding gate that opens into the covered car port. Furnished in a western style, the ground floor of the villa has a large living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, large pool and sun terrace, office area and three en-suite bathrooms.
The lower level of the villa is accessed by a spiral staircase and comprises a semi outdoor mini gym, tropical garden, laundry, superb big screen entertainment area and a fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The size and layout of this beautiful villa makes it especially suitable for large families, groups or several families sharing. The large pool has a Jacuzzi and a large sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and a small dining table.
Location:
Bang Nam Chuet Bay is just 700 meters from this villa and has around four great restaurants along the beach. The water is shallow and ideal for small children. Also, only 700 meters away, is the small fishing village of Baan Hua Thanon that has a fresh food market and superb sea food restaurant. Further afield is the busy town of Lamai that has lots of bars, restaurants and nightlife, as well as Tesco Lotus supermarket, where you can find just about anything you need for home entertaining. The villa is also in close proximity to the butterfly gardens, aquarium and tiger zoo.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has ample wardrobe space, a large king sized bed and double sliding doors that open onto the pool and sun terrace. The second bedroom has walk through access to the pool and the third bedroom is large and airy and has plenty of space for children’s cots that can be provided. Bedroom four is tucked away on the lower ground level and ideal for teenagers who enjoy a little privacy away from the adults.
Bathroom:
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers, toilets and wash basins, and the master bathroom also comes complete with a bath tub.
Dining room :
The dining room is in the same living space as the lounge and has a large teak table that can comfortably seat eight people and has a dividing wall separating it, but keeping it in close proximity to the kitchen that also has seating on a small breakfast bar.
Kitchen:
The well equipped kitchen has dark wood cupboards and grey granite work surfaces. The gas ring hob has an elegant stainless steel extractor fan. The kitchen has ample cooking utensils, a blender, kettle, toaster, BBQ, electric oven, slow cooker, cooler box, double fronted fridge freezer and a highchair available on request.
Living rooms:
The living room has a large, wooden pitched ceiling, superb lighting and two, two-seater comfortable sofas and one three seater sofa. A large flat screen TV will keep you entertained with UBC satellite TV and DVD player. Behind the wall housing the TV, you will find an office area with telephone and fax.
