This is a quaint four bedroom villa that sleeps 6 adults and two children located at Nong Thale just 5km from Ao Nang with its beautiful beaches, abundant restaurants and vibrant nightlife scene. The villa enjoys a large tropical garden about 1,500sqm in size that is a place you can relax and unwind while absorbing this stunning area of natural beauty. The well maintained lawns nestle a private 18sqm swimming pool that could be all your when booking this Krabi holiday rental villa.
The interior of the villa is set over one floor with a comfortable lounge that leads directly to a covered outdoor terrace, a dining room, western standard kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Sat within its own expansive area, the villa is very private and the ideal option for a group of friends travelling together and families, especially those with kids. The villa comes equipped with some great features such as Wi-Fi internet, a laptop, a mobile phone with a local SIM card, children’s toys and lots of local tourist attraction information.
Location
Situated at Nong Thale, the wonderful countryside setting of the villa is a key feature, alongside its location 5km from Ao Nang Beach. This means you can have the privacy and tranquility you desire, but still be within a close enough distance to facilities and local attractions that will fulfill your holiday expectations. Many activitiesd such as rock climbing, golf and kayaking are all within a 15-minute drive of the villa. Krabi International Airport is under 20km from the villa.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
There are four bedrooms in the villa, two of which have double beds, while the third bedroom has two twin beds, and the final bedroom is for children with two bunk style beds. The first three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, with the kid’s bedroom sharing the ensuite from bedroom 3. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning. The bedrooms are very well kept, neat and tidy. The villa in essence sleeps 8 people – 6 adults and 2 children.
Bathroom:
The three bathrooms are all ensuite and come equipped with showers, toilets and wash basins.
Dining room :
The dining room is part of the lounge and owns a wooden dining table with seating for eight persons.
Kitchen:
When booking a villa, self-catering is a very important thing to consider. Baan Nong Thale enjoys a nice selection of modern appliances such as an oven, 4 ring stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. There is also lots of dishware and cutlery available for use.
Living rooms:
The lounge is very comfortable and elegantly decorated with its L-shape settee and its pristine white interior. Within footsteps of the settee, you can gain direct access to the covered outdor terrace, which is a nice place to sit and relax while taking in the beautiful surroundings. The entertainment features include a flat-screen TV, DVD playe and international satellite channels.
