I stayed with my friend at Baan- Phailin 138/92 villa for 5 nights from 18-23 september.We had a very nice stay at ur villa.The house is really wonderful with full equipment and all comforts and the swimming pool very clean ,as someone was cleaning that every day. The place is fantastic too!! Im looking forward to coming to stay at one of ur villas next year again!!

Bedrooms:
There are three beautifully appointed bedrooms in Baan Santhiya 2 that can sleep 8 persons in total. All three bedrooms have double beds, air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom facilities. This is a great holiday rental option for families because two of the bedrooms also have a single bed apiece. The Master bedroom also has its own flat-screen TV.
Bathroom:
Baan Santhiya has three bathrooms, all of which are ensuite. The ensuite bathroom to the Master Bedroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin, toilet and a bathtub. The two remaining ensuite bathrooms have showers, wash basins and toilets.
Dining room :
As part of the open plan living space, you will find a dining area with a 6-seat dining table just footsteps from the kitchen.
Kitchen:
Those who enjoy a spot of self-catering will immediately take to the villa’s fully equipped western style kitchen with a choice of appliances such as a microwave, oven, stovetop and tea and coffee making facilities. If you don’t feel like cooking, there are some restaurants just over 1km away, and even more 3km away in Ao Nang.
Living rooms:
The open plan living space in the villa provides lots of space to unwind and relax. With a lounge, kitchen and dining room rolled into one spacious area, everything is conveniently located at arms’ length. Relax on the wicker settee and take in a movie or two on the large flat-screen TV and DVD player. You can also take advantage of the satellite TV options with international channels.
