We are Steve and Angie from the UK. After diving with various dive centres in Pattaya, we decided to go it alone and offer a more personal service to our customers. In our experience, most people have individual needs that other dive centres do not attend to.
Learning to dive is a remarkable achievement. You may think that it is technical and just for the energetic who thrive on adrenalin. However, scuba diving can be quite relaxing and somewhat therapeutic. You can start to scuba dive from as young as eight years old. So, what are you waiting for? Take the plunge and join in the fun!

Where
We visit the islands around Pattaya, Koh Phai, Koh Rin, Koh Manwichai, which are roughly 15km off Pattaya. Koh Larn, Koh Sak are closer. Also HMS Khram and HMS Koot (wreck dives). It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to the far islands, but they are worth the journey.
Daily Trips
There is no set plan where the boat will go, it depends on weather and tide conditions
What to see
There is a wide variety of marine life to be seen in the Gulf of Thailand.
Koh Rin South Rock offers lots of fish life, including barracuda and moray eels. This site has beautiful coral life down to about 16 metres. There are coral whips, hard and soft corals as well as good invertebrate life.
Koh Rin North Rock does not offer as much coral life as south rock, but there are lots of rocks which are homes to sharks and eels. This site has good diving down to about 14 metres and is superb for searching for razor fish and pipefish.
Koh Man Wichai has two dive sites, firstly The Wall, which is a 7 metre high wall of coral and runs from 9 to 23 metres. The other is The Fingers, which is a set of rocks stretched out from land to sea to a depth of 12 metres. The rocks are formed like a gigantic hand with five fingers. The hard coral and fish life are very good.
Koh Phai, also known as BambooIsland is controlled by the Thai Royal Navy, so there are restrictions on the use of the beaches. There is some good diving off the south of the island and the small sheltered bay is ideal for beginners.
The main attraction is the Khram Wreck. This is a decommissioned US warship that was sunk in 2003 by the Thai Royal Navy.
Experiences
Steve and I were out diving with a customer who has since become a friend. We were heading back to the boat after a nice relaxing dive when Steve stopped to look under a huge rock on the seabed. We discovered two baby bamboo sharks resting beneath. When they saw the torch light shining under the rock, they swam out from underneath and we managed to capture them on video!
Last week we had an Open Water Student. He went for his first dive in the ocean and didn’t expect to see anything. You can imagine how surprised he was to see a turtle swim past him.
