Hello, If you are thinking of staying at this property or doing any searching just go ahead and save your time because Thailand Holiday Homes are the nicest and most fairly priced by far! I did my research prior to coming and spent way to much time getting price quotes from other villas in the area (I am always trying to get the best deal, that’s just how I am) including some hotels. The bottom line is this property was BY FAR the best deal. Its clean, the service is excellent and they make you feel like you are at home plus its close to all the action but far enough away to get away from all the city life if you want! I am going to make this short and sweet. WE HAD A BLAST! We are already planning our next trip to come back! Cant wait!

Situated on the ground floor, you will also find two of the region’s best restaurants – Mata Hari and Manhattans.
Location
The location of this property is directly between Jomtien and Pattaya, opposite to Paratumnak Hill just 1km away from the beach. Alternatively, within a 5-minute drive you can visit both the beaches at Pattaya and Jomtien. Within a 5-10 minute drive, you can easily reach the shopping centres of Big C and Tesco Lotus.
On the ground floor of the development, the restaurants of Mata Hari and Manhattans ensure you won’t have to walk far for a top-notch meal. Within a 10 minute drive, you can also find yourself at the world-famous Walking Street. If you need to buy some essential, the nearest convenience store is just 50 meters away.

Bedrooms:
The apartment has two bedrooms, both wonderfully appointed with a stylish interior and a relaxing vibe. Both bedrooms have king-size beds, wardrobes, air-conditioning and LCD flat-screens with DVD players. Only the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
Bathroom:
The property is home to two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite for the master bedroom, while the remaining one is for guests. Both the bathrooms benefit from showers, toilets and wash basins.
Kitchen:
The western standard kitchen is situated in the open-plan living space, fully equipped with more than enough self-catering options with appliances such as tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave and a refrigerator.
Living rooms:
Your immediate impression of the main living area will be one of warmth. The comfortable lounge also has a stylish and chic design which provides that contemporary flavor. The pristine white ceramic tiled floors and painted white walls offer a clean cut simplicity, while the spot lighting enhances the overall environment of the open-plan living space. With an elegant settee and matching wooden floor units and coffee table, the lounge is extremely livable and homely. The entertainment options at your disposal include a large flat-screen TV with international channels and a DVD player. From the lounge, you can also access the balcony, which provides you with some distance sea-views and a place to soak up the surroundings with a drink in hand.
