The homey and spacious villa includes a private swimming pool complete with children’s pool that any child will love. A large perimeter wall surrounding the entire property ensures you can relax in privacy within the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens. A large Thai style sala and covered terrace is the perfect place for lounging and comes complete with a comfortable seating area and mounted flat screen television. The sala further features a built-in bar area and refrigerator perfect for entertaining guests.
A second terrace connected directly to the indoor lounge area is fully equipped with lounges for sub bathing and table and chairs for enjoying a meal outdoors. The location of Chase 1 Villa is ideal for those looking to enjoy a tranquil holiday in the countryside not too far from the action. The villa provides a car for guests allowing them to easily access the many nearby tourist attractions. The heart of downtown Pattaya, well known for its numerous bars and restaurants, is only a 20-minute drive away and the popular beaches of Jomtien can be reached in 25 minutes or less. Other popular destinations less than ten minutes away include the Siam Country Club Golf Resort, Lake Mabprachan, the Elephant Park and Million Year Stone Park. Accommodation
Bedrooms:
The Chase 1 features four bedrooms and is fully equipped to provide ample sleeping quarters for a family or group holiday. Three of the bedrooms feature double beds and the fourth is set-up with two twin sized beds perfect for kids or teens. All bedrooms have air-conditioning ensuring you can sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms offer excellent views of the pool, tropical garden and outdoor terrace area.
Bathroom:
Two of the bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms for your convenience. The master bath has a full bathtub where you can unwind after a day at the beach or a night on the town as well as twin washbasins, shower and toilet. The remaining bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom including shower, toilet and washbasin.
Dining room :
The dining area is conveniently located adjacent to the lounge and includes a glass dining table with seating for six. Enjoy a breakfast at home before heading to the beach or an evening meal in style in this modern dining facility.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is conveniently located adjacent to the main lounge area. The brightly colored ceramic tiles and wooden wall units enhance the modern and chic tropical feel that is present throughout the villa’s décor. Your self catering options are well provided for with many modern appliances including an oven, toaster, stovetop, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and freezer available for your use.
Living rooms:
The living area has an incredibly spacious fell with two large double doors opening up onto the outdoor terrace and beautiful tropical garden.
