This beautiful home was built to the highest standard of materials and finish in a unique and artistic design reminiscent of the homes from centuries ago in European towns and villages. Enhancing its presentation is the shaded entrance terrazzo patio perfect for afternoon coffee or an evening cocktail.
The extended lap pool offers the opportunity for a leisurely swim or some intense exercise without leaving home and has lounge chairs along side for those who prefer to sit and unwind. The interior living areas are cool and relaxing, furnished with beautiful overstuffed sofas that welcome anyone wanting to enjoy the giant flat screen television or check their email on the household Wi-Fi.
Location
A short drive five-minutes to Jomtien Beach, the Silk Road villa makes everything Pattaya has to offer close at hand and very convenient. All of the leading retailers, like Tesco Lotus, Big C and Makro are under a ten-minute drive so shopping is easy whether for food for the larder or a search for Thailand’s fine handicrafts. You will be no more than ten minutes away from a wide variety of dining experiences of more than a dozen different cuisines. For the evening’s entertainment, it is a fifteen minute drive to the famous Walking Street, the Floating Market or the Alangkarn Theatre.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
This holiday delight offers three bedrooms, all of which are ensuite. They have hardwood floors, designer linens, curtains and area rugs along with plenty of hanging space and drawers. The master bedroom features a king size bed while the second has a queen size bed and the third two twin beds.
Bathroom:
The master bath is highlighted by a sunken tub, double wash basins and a glass enclosed shower, tiled with colorful mosaics. The other bathrooms are identical with glass stall showers, and designer sinks and toilets that make you feel like you are staying at a five star hotel.
Dining room :
The six seat dining room table overlooks the swimming pool and provides a feel of the good life to any breakfast, lunch or dinner. The elegant table settings lend an air of sophistication and add to the enjoyment of the meal as does the colourful artwork hung strategically on the walls.
Kitchen:
The kitchen invites the gourmet in for you to make best use of the latest technologies in all stainless steel appliances from double door refrigerator, counter top hob with built-in oven, exhaust hood, microwave oven and kettle. With an abundance of cabinetry and counter space there is plenty of room to prepare and cook a special meal.
Living rooms:
A spacious living room invites you and your guests to spend some time together listening to music, having a drink or watching international satellite programming on a large, flat screen television. High ceilings provide excellent air circulation keeping you cool without the necessity of using the air conditioning.
