Location: The key feature of this property is the location just 200 meters from Cosy Beach on Pratumnak Hill. This location is situated directly between Pattaya and Jomtien, which is very convenient. On Pratumnak Hill, and just a five-minute walk from the villa, you will find lots of bars and restaurants. In fact, the south side of Walking Street Pattaya is just a 10-minute walk from the villa. If you want to visit shopping centers, within a 10-minute drive you can find Central Festival, Big C, Villa Market and Tesco Lotus.

There are two bedrooms in the villa, both of which have an ensuite bathroom, double beds and air-conditioning. Another great feature of the bedrooms is they all open up directly poolside through patio doors.

Situated within footsteps of the kitchen, the dining room comes equipped with a beautiful 6-seat wooden dining table.

Those who seek a self-catering villa have just struck gold. This fully equipped kitchen built to high European standards has a lot of modern appliance for you to use such as an oven, stovetop, toaster, kettle, refrigerator and a coffee maker.
Living rooms:
The lounge enjoys very tall ceilings that aid great airflow, especially when you open the patios doors which lead directly to poolside. The comfortable settee and matching lounge chair is situated within close proximity the large flat-screen TV pinned to the wall. There is also a DVD player and international channels for you to enjoy.
