Chase 8 is known for its tranuility and quiet surroundings that can relax the senses after the hustle and bustle of the amazing day/evening spent in Pattaya or Jomtien. For many, the Chase 8 is the best of both worlds, being close enough to the main attractions yet gives you the relaxation when you need it.
The villa is very comfortable and accomodating, with a luscious garden and private swimming pool that also has a kiddies pool that is great for the kids. The large surrounding wall that embraces the property grounds offers great privacy and security. A large Thai Sala/covered terrace adournes in the garden, allowing you to relax on soft sofas or watch the flat-screen TV that is mounted on the wall. There is also a small bar area and refrigerator in the Sala.
The second terrace is outdoor and backs directly into the lounge. Here you will find sun lounges, tables and chairs for you to relax, unwind and absorb Thailands flora and fauna that inspire the garden.
The interior of the villa has spacious open plan living areas, nicely decorated with comfort and convenience in mind. With light and easy in the eye tones all round, the villa is very homely, allowing you to enjoy your holiday experience within a beautiful atmosphere.
Location:
The location of the Chase 8 at Nong Plalai is a 20-minute drive from downtown Pattaya and a further 5 minutes from Jomtien. The villa comes with a free car, which is ideal for exploring the surrounding countryside. With a ten minute drive, you will find the Siam Country Club Golf Club, Lake Mabprachan, Million Year Stone park, the Elephant park and many more family attractions. The countryside location is perfect for families or those that enjoy a bit of tranquility to not too far from the action.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
The Chase 8 has four bedrooms in total, two of which have ensuite bathrooms, whilst the remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, whilst the fourth bedroom has two single beds further cementing the family orientated atmosphere of the Chase 8. All bedrooms have air-conditioning with two of the room providing great views of the pool, garden and terrace area.
Bathroom:
Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms whilst the other two share a bathroom. The master bathroom has a bathtub, twin wash basins, toilet and showers. The remaining bathrooms have shower, wash basins and toilets.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is positioned just off the main open living areas, decorated with colorful ceramic tiles, wooden wall units and black granite work surfaces. The choices of appliances that enhance your self-catering options include a refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, stovetops and a microwave.
Living rooms:
The living room is open plan backing directly on to the outdoor terrace through double doors while overlooking the beauty of the landscaped garden. Within the lounge, you will find a large and comfortable L-shape black settee and coffee table within footsteps of the dining area with its six-seat glass dining table. The entertainment features of the lounge are the big flat-screen TV, international TV channels and a DVD player.
