Water sports enthusiasts will be in their element with the start of the Pattaya Windsurfing Cup (Race 2) at Jomtien Beach. Running from 3 – 5 July 2010, this Windsurfing Association of Thailand and Pattaya City Club ran event promises to wet the appetite of extreme sports lovers from across the Kingdom.

Pattaya has long been a popular water sport destination where people come to wax their boards, squeeze into a wetsuit and plunge head first into the crystal waters just off the Eastern Seaboard. Thousands of revelers will converge on Jomtien to either partake in the event or simply observe the festivities. The event brings together a mixture of professional and amateur windsurfers whose love for the sport is unconditional.

The infrastructure in and around Jomtien Beach ensures both participants and spectators will have a great time absorbing the action. If you are thinking of visiting the Pattaya Windsurfing Cup, the start of the event will begin in front of Surf Kitchen, Jomtien Beach at 1pm sharp.
