Paul at Thailand Holiday Homes made my enquiry easy and assisting with organizing 3 villas in close quarters to each other for a party of 16 in Viewpoint Village Jomtien.
Everything prior to arriving was very smooth and made easy. He advised us of one original villa becoming unavailable and promptly organized a new one for us in the same location.
Transfers were also organized through Paul which was pleasant for a group of 16 tired travellers.
On arrival, Tuk showed us all 3 properties, and was very thorough in providing contact details if we needed assistance with anything, left business cards for taxi drivers to find our location easily (this came handy countless times in our 4 night stay), as well as advising us of policies and checking electricity meters. She also helped organize scooters which of course are always a convenient way of getting around.
All three residences were comfortable and after staying in hotels we felt at home very easily and quickly. Everything was in working order and the pools were a lazy way of having a morning or evening dip.
Convenience stores and local restaurants location nearby, Viewpoint were a short distance from Jomtien beach, and a brief drive to Pattaya Walking Street. After a day, we were glad to be distant from Walking Street as our surroundings in Viewpoint were peaceful and convenient in its own way.
Thanks to Thailand Holiday Homes for making our stay pleasant and would definitely consider another stay with Paul and his crew, hopefully for a longer period next time.

Location
Situated just 140 meters from Bang Tao Beach, within a two-minute stroll you can be lounging on the beach or swimming in the transparent blue waters of the Andaman Ocean. Bang Tao still retains its beachfront charm and is essentially untouched when compared to some of Phuket’s other beachside destination.
Being so close to Surin means that within 2.5km, you can find some of the best restaurants in Phuket such as Catch Beach Club, Stereolab and Silk Restaurant. Under 2km from the apartment, you can also visit a cozy commercial park that is home to a Tesco Lotus Express supermarket, a few delis and a MacDonald’s.
Surin is also home to the prestigious Laguna Estate with the world-class Banyan Tree Spa and the Laguna Phuket Golf Club. Within a 20-minute drive, you can visit many of Phuket’s popular west-coast tourist areas such as Kamala and Patong. Phuket International Airport is also just over a 20-minute drive away.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms within the Bang Tao Apartment, both of which are very relaxing and have air-conditioning. The Master Bedroom is home to a king-size double bed and provides access out to the balcony. The guest bedroom provides you with two twin beds, which is why this apartment is perfect for small families. The guest bedroom can also hold a baby cot and a fold up bed.
Bathroom:
Bang Tao Beach Apartment has one bedroom that is shared by the two bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
Dining room :
The dining room is part of the open plan living space and comes equipped with a wooden dining table with setting for six people.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is built to the highest European standards and is situated in the open plan living area. Self-catering has never been better with a selection of modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, refrigerator, stovetops, a toaster and tea and coffee making facilities.
Living rooms:
The comfortable lounge area is the ideal place to relax, unwind and take in a movie or two. The classy L-shaped settee just asks to be relaxed upon while taking advantage of entertainment facilities that include a TV with international channels and a DVD player. From the lounge, you can also access a balcony that looks out over the estate.
