This is a fantastic villa. Better than the photos even! Would love to return to it again and would highly recommend it to anyone. The owner was extremely helpful and provided a brilliant service and gave us great information in advance that helped us enjoy our stay. Just book it.

This air-conditioned condo is on the second floor and includes a private swimming pool on the terrace balcony that goes around unit. The unit is very new, spacious, and safe with 2 bedrooms designed to international standards, with the project winning many accolades at the 2011 Thailand Property Awards. Situated 500 meters from Bang Tao Beach and many luxury hotels, yet set in serene & green surroundings, this is a popular and upscale area in Phuket to holiday.
Location:
The condo is situated just 0.5km from Bang Tao Beach in an exclusive area known as Phuket’s luxury villa and condo region. In Bang Tao, just a 2-minute drive from the condo, you will find lots of resturants and a good selection of bars, alongside the Laguna Phuket Golf Club. Situated on the west coast of Phuket, a 20-minute drive to Patong and a 10-minute drive to Phuket Fantasea at Kamala, this is a great area to enjoy your Phuket holiday. Also a 2-minute drive from the condo is a small commercial park with a Tesco Lotus Supermarket and a MacDonald’s.

Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms in the condo. The main bedroom overlooks the terrace and pool areas. The bedroom also has a double bed, side tables, dressing table, wooden round table and 2 chairs, alongside an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a double bed, air-conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.
Bathroom:
There are three bathrooms in the condo. The main bedroom’s ensuite bathroom has a shower, double sink, and toilet, while the guest bedroom’s ensuite bathroom also comes equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The third bathroom is situated near the front door, and has a toilet and wash basin.
Dining room :
The dining area is beside the kitchen & living area, with a rectangle wooden dining table for 6 with matching chairs.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is perfect for those that want that self-catering Phuket holiday. The modern appliances within the villa includes a fridge/freezer, dishwashing machine, 3 ring electric cooker, ventilator & oven, double sink, toaster, kettle, marble workspaces, and lots of dishware and cutlery.
Living rooms:
The living area is beside the dining area and comes equipped with a three-piece suite, a wooden coffee table, LCD TV & satellite system, speaker system and a large mirrored wall. The lounge leads to the swimming pool and outdoor terrace with 2 sun loungers.
