This air-conditioned apartment/condo is quite convenient for a small family or group of 4 friends, with young children, as it contains a combined kitchen/dining/living room area beside 2 bedrooms, with a safe balcony where you can watch over the nearby swimming pool with a kid’s area, and pool bar with continually cascading waterfalls. The estate also has a small cafe open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (7am-11pm). The property also has a clubhouse with reception office (24 hrs), internet café, and upstairs gymnasium (7am-9pm).
Within walking distance there are both the trendy Surin beach village and popular Bangtao beach where the large Laguna Phuket hotels are situated. There are also several small shops and supermarkets including mini TescoLotus within short driving distance.
Location:
The property is only about 200 metres from Bang Tao Beach, which is 10 kilometres long with several large hotels, also only about 500 metres from Surin beach village with stylish beach bars and restaurants. The villa is a 5 minute drive from Kamala's Phuket FantaSea night theme-park and 10 minutes from Laguna golf course. Within 15-20 minutes you can visit Patong nightlife and shops. Within a 30 minute drive from the villa, you will find Phuket City with department stores, and also the airport and a water park just north of airport.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms in the apartment with the master bedroom has a large sized double bed, two wardrobes, a small safe, dressing table and views overlooking the pool.
The guest bedroom has 2 single separate beds, wardrobe facilities, dressing table, views overlooking a small pond. Both have plenty of sheets, towels, and cushions. A baby cot(s) is available if booked in advance.
Bathroom:
The single bathroom is en-suite to the main bedroom and a separate door to the living room with a shower, toilet, sink, standard towels and shampoo.
Dining room :
In between kitchen and living room areas, one dining table with 4 chairs but it could possibly seat 2 more, maybe children, with baby high chair available if booked in advance. There are lots of white plates, dishes, bowls and glasses for 6 diners.
Kitchen:
Right beside the entrance door, the western style kitchen has modern appliances that includes a fridge/freezer, electric cooker with 4 rings/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, double sink, limited/start supplies of coffee/tea/herbs, plenty of utensils/plates/cups/glasses in the cupboards, and more than enough workspace.
Living rooms:
Beside the dining area and balcony, the living area has 3 sofas for 4-5 people, coffee table, and 2 low cupboard tables/desks and a TV and DVD player with remotes.
