This double-story detached Phuket villa is a two-minute walking distance to nearby Bang Tao Beach where you can watch the local fishermen repair their nets before the evening tide. This part of the Andaman Coast has several beaches within easy reach and the crystal clear waters are world famous. The villa’s ground floor has a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining room. Black marble counter tops provide lots of work space in this elegant natural wood kitchen.
The dining room table is set for eight and looks out to the terrace and pool. This luxury Phuket villa’s living room stretches the length of the pool with off white sofas and Thai object d’art providing an elegant contemporary ambience.
Upstairs, the well finished three double bedrooms provide a good night’s sleep for guests after a hard day at the beach. The design concept throughout this Phuket villa rental is modern Thai. All three bedrooms are well appointed and en-suite, of which two of the bedrooms share the same ensuite bathroom. For purchasing some local luxury items, shopping at Surin Plaza is a must. Try Silk, a fabulous restaurant on the top floor with a great Thai and western menu and cool sounds in the evening.
Location
This part of the Central West Coast is ideal for holidaymakers and both Bang Tao and Surin beaches are within short walking distance from the villa. A five minute drive takes you to hidden Laem Singh Beach, perfect for a water front lunch. A new shopping plaza with a Tesco store and MacDonald’s is behind Surin Beach and situated 2.5km from the property. This area is laid back but exclusive too with the famous Anampuri Resort is just round the corner.
Within a ten-minute drive, you can visit the excellent Laguna Phuket Golf course or Phuket Fantasea in Kamala, which is one of Phuket’s most popular tourist attractions. If you fancy a bit of hedonism, then a drive to Patong will only take 20 minutes.

Bedrooms:
All Villa Duay Gan’s three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, modern Thai chic throughout and very well appointed with nice local Thai touches. Two of the bedrooms have double beds while the third has two single beds. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms, although two of the bedrooms share one ensuite bathroom. The dark wooden floors in the bedrooms add a certain amount of elegance and class to the property.
Bathroom:
Villa Duay Gan’s three bathrooms are all ensuite, although two of the bedrooms share the same ensuite bathroom. They are beautifully designed with attractive ceramics, marble features and piping hot water for a power shower after a hard day at the beach. All bathrooms have showers, toilets and wash basins. The Master bedroom also has a great sunken bathtub, which is ideal for a soak on those hot and humid days. The third bathroom is for guests.
Dining room :
Being separated from the living room, but adjacent to the open-plan kitchen, makes this living area the perfect spot for entertaining at home. The 8-seat dining table provides great views out towards the swimming pool.
Kitchen:
A very spacious layout gives Villa Duay Gan’s kitchen a modern feel with its all black marble tops with a natural wood finish kitchen. Those preparing delicious local fare for indoor or terrace dining won’t feel left out as the kitchen opens to the equally spacious dining room. The modern appliances include an oven, microwave, four-ring stovetop and tea and coffee making facilities.
Living rooms:
Stretching the whole length of Villa Duay Gan’s pool with great garden and pool views, this space has all you need for relaxing Phuket style, and ideal for catching a movie or enjoying the glimmering blue water. With a luxurious white settee, a large flat-screen TVs, satellite systems and a DVD player, you can sit back, relax and enjoy yourself.
