Villa Nam Yen is that perfect Phuket villa rental home that combines comfortable living with a sub-tropical atmosphere for that unforgettable holiday experience. With its white-washed walls and unique interior designs, this is a picture perfect residential home.
Strolling up the stairs from the garden entrance to the outdoor terrace and sundeck, you get some beautiful views overlooking the garden and swimming pool. From this great vantage point, you can gaze out towards the scenic mountain and jungle views and also the quaint hillside villages underneath. The steep drop from the edge of the property enhances the views immeasurably. The entire level of the ground floor provides great access out to the swimming pool.
Location
The location of a scenic hillside at Kamala is an ideal place for a family getaway, within a five-minute drive to restaurants such as Rockfish, Kamala Beach and its main strip where you will find many convenience stores and restaurants of all varieties. Kamala is also home to an understated nightlife scene with some great little bars.
A little over a five-minute drive away and can visit the famous Phuket Fantasea, which is an authentic theme park with some great amusements and extravagant shows. Within a twenty-minute drive, you can be at Patong Beach or golf courses such as Loch Palm, Phuket Country Club and Laguna Phuket Golf Club in Surin. Kamala is a destination for those looking for that special slice of tranquility still within a short enough distance to take advantage of some local hospitality.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
There are five bedrooms in this villa altogether. The Master Bedroom is very private has its own study with those great jungles views. The woven wooden furniture in the room is a nice touch, but better yet is the fireman style internal ladder that allows you to escape from the study directly into the ground floor. The master has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Sliding down the ladder, you will now find the second bedroom that owns a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom. There are two twin bedrooms that are perfect for the kids. Both the bedrooms have a real hideaway feel to them – the kids will love them. Both rooms have two single beds apiece but no ensuite bathroom. The remaining bedroom is a quaint TV room with a large daybed that converts into a double bed.
Bathroom:
There are three bathrooms in total, two of which are ensuite and come equipped with wash basins, showers, toilets and bathtubs. The third is a guest bathroom with a shower, wash basin and a toilet.
Dining room :
The dining room is positioned within footsteps of the kitchen and comes equipped with enough table space for 8 persons.
Kitchen:
The western styled kitchen is home to black granite work surfaces and lots of storage space, alongside many modern appliances perfect for self-catering such as an oven, stovetop, tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster and a refrigerator.
Living rooms:
The open plan living area features floor to ceiling sliding doors, which provide amazing views overlooking the surrounding jungle foliage. The Thai art pieces and decorations throughout the lounge create that special modern Asian atmosphere. From here, you can also access a stunning outdoor courtyard that is equipped with a pond/pool adjoined by a suspended Frangipani tree in the corner.
The entertainment features include a large LCD flat screen TV, a surround sound music system and international television channels. Enjoy the entertainment options while relaxing on the 8-seat L-shaped settee.
