We spent a fantastic week at this beautiful villa which has a very relaxed atmosphere. Even as a group of six it felt very spacious and due to it's courtyard design we never felt on top of each other. The pool area/garden is lovely and immaculately kept. the owner was very helpful advising on things to see and do as well as recommending a fantastic driver who lives nearly who is always keen to help.

The Villa Moorings in Phuket is a perfect location if you are looking for peace and quite on the island. This double story four bed roomed house in a gated community of Phuket boasts a private beach with a landscaped garden and ample parking space. There is also a communal pool next to the ocean.
The terrace on the second floor is covered and has breathtaking views of the ocean and the yachts in the bay. At night it lends itself to romantic evenings on the terrace with the sea breeze blowing away your cares. All the rooms have beautiful teak floors and are located on the ground floor of the house. The living room is on the second floor and has a panoramic view of the bay below. This home has all the elegance and beauty which will exceed all expectations of you and your family.
Location
Villa Moorings in Phuket allows you to live in the lap of luxury and is located very close to the Novotel near Cape Panwa. The main town being Phuket Town is less than 15 minutes away with a modern hospital, entertainment areas and a shopping mall. The private beach is literally a stone throw away and is shared between twelve properties so safety and privacy is always assured. If you have small children and are looking for a private phuket villa on the quiet side of Phuket but also not too far away from the main city, then Villa Moorings is it.

Bedrooms:
Four beautiful bedrooms adorn this villa. The teak flooring gives it a very rustic feel with the main bedrooms bathroom sporting sea views of the bay. The other rooms share a common bathroom and two of the bedrooms are linked to each other mainly as a children’s room.
Bathroom:
There are two bathrooms in the villa, both with showers, toilets and wash basins, although the master bathroom also has a bathtub.
Kitchen:
The spacious and modern kitchen in the villa has built in cupboards with a hob and oven. There is also a fridge, microwave oven and a washing machine for the odd laundry days. The kitchen is suited for someone who likes to eat out most days in Phuket or the odd evening at home cooking.
Living rooms:
The living room of this villa is very spacious and with its panoramic views allows you to sit in air conditioned comfort watching the sunset over the bay in the evening. With large windows all round, an open plan layout to the terrace and wooden teak floors your evening in the living room is only limited by your imagination. The living room also has all the creature comforts you would desire such as a large television and soft plush furniture.
