This stunning Phuket villa is designed around the large private swimming pool. The pitched roof of the Villa is modern Thai architecture and sets the tone for the Villa. When entering on this Phuket villa rental you note the open plan style of the Villa and its high ceilings. The living room has large patio doors which open to the sparkling pool with its wooden floors giving it ambience.
The living room blends into the dining room and the décor is Asian with two beautiful mosaics. The dining room and living room are in full view of the pool and terrace and ideally set for an extravagant pool party or barbeque. The kitchen is open plan as well and has tasteful décor with modern appliances finished with black granite top surfaces. The main bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with a raised four poster bed which gives the room its eloquence. Location
Baan Pasana Villa is magnificent not only in design but also in location. It is only 10 minutes drive to Surin and even less than that from the exclusive Laguna Golf Club with the beach 5 minutes drive away. Further away there is the Bang Pae waterfall which is 18 minutes drive and also the Butterfly Garden being only 25 minutes drive. Modern art galleries, shopping centres and modern medical facilities are less than 15 minutes drive. If you are looking for the nightlife that Patong has to offer, that’s only 25 minutes away so is Phuket Town. If you want a home away from home then Baan Pasana Villa is calling you. Book it now!
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
There are three beautiful bedrooms in the Villa. The main bedroom has a four poster bed on a raised wooden platform with a full view of the pool and garden. It is equipped with a large television and an ensuite bathroom. The room is also connected to an outdoor Jacuzzi. The other 2 rooms have fully fitted ensuite bathrooms all tastefully decorated.
Bathroom:
The bathrooms in the Villa are tastefully decorated with all modern amenities such as a toilet, washbasin, shower and bathtub. The second guest room has an outdoor bathtub while the third bedroom only has a shower.
Dining room :
The dining room is open plan and seats 8 guests overlooked by Asian art on the wall and two beautiful mosaics. The dining room also has a full view of the pool and terrace and makes for an ideal setting for a romantic dinner.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is well equipped and the Thai floor tiles and built in cupboards match giving it an aura of sophistication. It is fitted with a modern stainless steel hob and oven, double door refrigerator, and coffee machine. There is also a blender, sandwich maker, and dishwasher. There is also a maids quarters and a laundry room housing an iron and washing machine. The kitchen also has beautiful black granite working surfaces.
Living rooms:
The living room has a beautiful wooden floor and high ceiling complimented by large patio doors which open to the pool and tropical garden. The furnishing is soft pastels and the living room has all the modern conveniences such as a plasma television with international channels, CD player, DVD player and an I-Pod docking station. You have more than enough options to host a small party.
