This is a pleasant detached bungalow villa to rent in Phuket, Thailand, situated in a small quiet but secure compound of only 4 villas, just a short walk to beachside cafes and night clubs, and only a short drive from Tesco-Lotus supermarket and upmarket hotels. The luxury villa has a courtyard swimming pool (1.2m deep, 5 m wide, 10m long) and 4 sunloungers, beside an adjoining Thai sala. The garden also has a well-designed set BBQ beside sala shade & pool with 4 sunloungers & umbrellas.
All the rooms within the villa are situated around the private swimming pool which is somewhat a central focal point. The indoor living areas and the bedroom all have beautiful wooden flooring and vaulted wooden ceiling that give the house that special Balinese atmosphere which has become very desirable over the past few years. Some of the rooms back directly onto the pool and share a real open feel. If you seek that special Phuket holiday home, Bang Tao Bali Villa is the one for you.
Location:
The villa compound is about 700 metres from the beautiful Bang Tao Beach with several beachside cafes and night clubs, not far from 7 luxury Laguna Phuket hotels and a golf course. The villa is a short drive to Tesco Lotus supermarket and other up-market shops and restaurants, 10 minutes from Surin and Laem Singh beaches good for snorkeling. The villa is also a 20 minute drive to Phuket Fantasea and 25 minutes from the lively Patong nightlife.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a 4-poster bed, lounge chairs, lots of reading books at a dressing table/desk, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe room with mini-safe. There is a sun terrace from the bedroom with 2 extra chairs overlooking the private swimming pool. The first guest bedroom, overlooking the pool, has 2 single beds & child’s bed/sofa and an ensuite bathroom.
The second guest bedroom has a double bed, 2 side tables; dressing table with hair dryer; a mini safe and an ensuite bathroom.
Bathroom:
The master bathroom has a sunken bath, shower with glass panels, 2 basins and a toilet, leading straight out to the edge of the swimming pool. The first guest-bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with outdoor but walled shower beside nice plants, plus a toilet and basin with a door leading to the garden. The second guest-bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower, wash basin and toilet.
Dining room :
The dining space blends with the living room and kitchen. A chunky wooden table has space for 6-8 diners.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has one wash basin, 4 ring gas cooker, ventilator, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, plenty of cupboards and work surfaces.
Living rooms:
The open plan living room has a large soft sofa for 5 people, a coffee table, large flat-screen TV, stereo system, ceiling and stand up fans. The living room and house is well decorated with paintings and plants.
