This luxury Phuket villa has a small courtyard pool and 2 bedrooms within a perimeter wall enclosed area that is very shaded and quiet, but well lit up at night for cozy parties! The luscious gardens provide copious amounts of shade and give real seclusion to the property. Situated in a residential area, but not far from popular beaches and village shops & bars, this is a villa available for rent where comfort and location combine to create a Phuket holiday villa that is great value for money.
The private swimming pool is ideal for those seeking a refreshing dip during the day or night and is also surrounded by two sun loungers and a bamboo Thai sala. The villa is perfect for families and sleeps 6 people in total due to two sofa beds situated in the lounge.
Location:
Situated just 2km from Nai Harn Beach on the southern coast of Phuket, this is a great location for those that enjoy tranquil beauty. Between just 2-3 kilometers away, you can also find other stunning beaches such as Yanui and Rawai Beach, where you can also find a selection of bars and some high-quality seafood restaurants. Within 1km from the villa, you can visit Nai Harn village where there is a good selection of restaurants and bars to enjoy.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
The villa has two bedrooms, one which has 2 single beds and wardrobe spaces. The second bedroom, which is the Master has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. Please remember that there are two sofa beds in the lounge that can sleep two extra persons, preferably children.
Bathroom:
The villa has a communal bathroom & en-suite bathroom for main bedroom, both with sink, toilet & shower.
Dining room :
The villa has a wooden dining table with 6 chairs & 2 spare chairs and table outside on the terrace, which is a good choice for al fresco dining.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is perfect for those who seek a self-catering holiday experience because the modern appliances available to you include a microwave, gas cooker, ventilator, oven, toaster, mixer, kettle, double fridge, double sink; utility room has safe and a washing machine.
Living rooms:
The lounge was designed with relaxation in mind and comes equipped with 2 sofa-beds which can sleep a further 2 people, a TV and DVD player, small glass coffee table and a fan and air-con.
