This two bedroom modern courtyard-garden private pool-villa, is set over two levels, enjoying a modern and chic design and tall perimeter walls, perfect for two couples or a small family travelling together. This residential area is very popular and famous for its luxury designs and interiors and location in Bang Tao village, not far from popular Bangtao & Surin beaches.
The open plan design with hallway is linked by connecting rooms and multi control electric switches in all rooms. The living/kitchen/dining room overlooks a small courtyard with a private swimming pool. The bedrooms are set over the two floors with attached bathrooms that are compact yet elegant. The western kitchen is fitted with modern conveniences.
Location:
The villa has a car park very close by, while compound is less than 1km from the long Bang Tao Beach beside the large Laguna hotels and small local cafes and shops all within a five-ten minute walk, which includes new shopping complexes with a TescoLotus supermarket and MacDonald’s restaurant. You can quickly drive to several other relaxing beaches nearby such as Surin & Kamala, also home to FantaSea night theme park, with pulsating Patong beach & nightlife further south, while the shallow Layan, and nearby quiet Naithon & Nai Yang beaches are further north, up by the airport approximately a 20-minute drive away. Phuket City with several department stores is about 20-30 minutes to the south-east.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
The villa’s main bedroom is upstairs, past Burmese/Sanscript 3D art paintings on the walls and polished wooden floors. There is a large double bed and air-conditioning, no fan, thick dark curtains, suitable for sleeping in the tropics. There are three large cupboards with spare sheets, robes and slippers, a large plasma TV, 1 lounge chair, 2 side-tables by the bed and balcony overlooking the pool, and green verdant hills in the background. The bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom further inside. The guest bedroom situated downstairs has twin beds, air-con, 3 large cupboards with spare sheets, robes and slippers, with safety deposit box inside, plus dressing table & 1 chair.
Bathroom:
The main bedroom’s bathroom upstairs is fairly spacious. Hot water is available. The bathroom has a bath & shower area, toilet and two wash basins between glass panels. The guest bedroom's bathroom downstairs has a shower, plus toilet & two basin sinks, with a glass panels between.
Dining room :
Located next to the open plan kitchen, the villa’s dining area does not have chairs to eat from the kitchen-bar/workspace, but upstairs beside the bedroom on a terrace balcony outside there is a wooden table & 4 chairs under shade, with double sink and workspace plus mobile BBQ, for a small intimate party.
Kitchen:
The villa’s western kitchen is open-plan for staying in touch with invited guests. Modern appliances are provided including a large Electrolux fridge/freezer, electric stove with 4 rings, oven and extractor fan, plus a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, double sink, and a black marble work top with natural wood fittings allow for a trouble-free catering experience.
Living rooms:
The living area has two comfortable soft sofas for about five people with cushions, coffee table, and cabinet in dark wood, so you can just relax and watch whatever you like on the villa’s large Samsung plasma TV with up to 70 cable channels plus DVD player, multi-speakers & remote controls. The design has a real tropical feel about it and also enjoys with air-con & fans, and steps through glass panel doors, gaining easy access to the 3 x 2 x 1.5 metre rectangular swimming pool with adjustable waterfall, and 2 sun-loungers plus umbrella, with nice surrounding trees and plants.
