Im Sakis from Greece! I stayed with my friend at Baan- Phailin 138/92 villa for 5 nights from 18-23 september.We had a very nice stay at ur villa.The house is really wonderful with full equipment and all comforts and the swimming pool very clean ,as someone was cleaning that every day. The place is fantastic too!! Im looking forward to coming to stay at one of ur villas next year again!!

This is a compact courtyard style private three bedroom villa with two detached buildings, surrounding its own 10 meter long private swimming pool within a walled garden. Most rooms have separate air conditioning, as well as shady corners and small bushes in the courtyard. There are three bedrooms, a large open plan living space with a lounge, dining room and fully fitted kitchen. There are enough comfortable beds, sofas, chairs and tables, for up to 6 people and maybe 3 small children.
This Phuket villa is very close to the management office with double entrance doors. Best of all, this villa in Phuket is just a few minutes from two beautiful golf courses with 20-30% discounts on green fees, and also just 10 minutes in between both the pulsating Patong nightlife and convenient Phuket city department stores.
Location:
This Phuket villa compound is just a walk away from Loch Palm golf course and a short 3 minute drive up to the nearby Red Mountain course, all set in a lovely valley of green countryside. This Phuket villa is just a 10 minute drive from Patong on the west coast of Phuket where all the main beaches are with many shops, restaurants and nightlife spots. 10-15 minutes to the south-east is Phuket city & old town with some of the best restaurants on the island. TescoLotus, Central Festival, HomeWorks, Big C & Index shopping malls are just 5-10 minutes drive away. Also nearby is a good bypass country road taking 10-15 minutes drive to the east coast with two main marinas, where many of the boat tours start from. Also 30 minutes from airport, theme parks and 5 other golf courses.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
The main bedroom is near the living/dining space and has a king-size double bed, two side tables, big decorative lamps, a spare table, and an en-suite bathroom.
The remaining two bedrooms are identical and situated across the courtyard, each with separate doors, air-con and fans, double beds, 2 side tables, wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms.
Bathroom:
The main bedroom’s ensuite bathroom has a big bathtub, shower, wash basin, toilet, hairdryer and a door to courtyard pool. The two identical guest bedrooms’ ensuite bathrooms each have a toilet, wash basin and shower.
Dining room :
As part of the open living space, the dining room has a large square wooden table for 8 people.
The cozy swimming pool courtyard also has wooden table with 4 matching chairs and 4 sun loungers, perfect for outdoor dining.
Kitchen:
Beside the dining and living areas, the kitchen has stools for breakfast/snacks alongside spacious work surfaces, a microwave, 4-ring electric stove, oven and ventilator, a big fridge/freezer with digital controls, a double sink, rice cooker, toaster, food mixer and coffee machine. The adjoining utility room has another fridge, a washing machine, toilet, sink, and ironing board.
Living rooms:
The open-plan living area is beside the dining room with overhead fans & air-conditioning. There is a three-piece-settee for 7 people around a square coffee table, within close proximity to a large plasma TV, DVD/karaoke player, True satellite cable and WiFi internet.
