Overall a good family holiday. Fiona was excellent at putting us in the right direction for a fabulous boat trip and Chef Eak was by far the best meal we had in Sa,ui.

This is a compact courtyard style private four bedroom villa with two detached buildings, surrounding its own 13 metre swimming pool within a walled garden. Every room has separate air conditioning, as well as fan units (except bedroom 4), as well as shady corners, umbrellas and small bushes in the courtyard.
There are two double and two twin bedrooms, a large living/dining room, Wi-Fi internet access, TV and DVD player with sound system, a fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave and nice decorative items.
There are enough comfortable beds, sofas, chairs, sun loungers, tables and even a baby cot in store, for up to 8 people plus a baby. The villa is closest to the management office and best of all is that it is just a couple of minutes from two beautiful golf courses with 20-30% discounts on green fees, and also just 10 minutes in between both the vibrant Patong nightlife and convenient Phuket city department stores.
Location:
This villa compound is just a walk away from Loch Palm golf course and a short drive up to the nearby Red Mountain course, all set in a lovely valley of green countryside. The location of the villa is just 10 minutes from Patong on the west coast of Phuket where all the main beaches are located, alongside many shops, restaurants and nightlife. Shopping Centers such as Central Festival, HomePro, Big C, Index and Tesco Lotus are just a 5-10 minute drive away.
Accommodation
Bedrooms:
The Master Bedroom is in a separate building from the main living spaces and comes equipped with a double bed and attractive but practical mosquito nets, a dressing table and desk, adjoining dressing room with many spare towels/sheets and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, wash basin and a toilet. The other bedrooms are situated in the same building as living/dining/kitchen areas. The second bedroom has two single beds and a baby cot in the storage cupboard. The third bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and desk. Bedrooms two and three share an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two single beds small storage boxes, mirror and an ensuite bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning except the fourth bedroom that only has ceiling fans.
Bathroom:
The Master Bedroom's bathroom has a bathtub, shower, his and her matching basins, and even a baby's potty. The second and third bedroom's share an ensuite bathroom and also have his and her basins, a bathtub, shower and toilet. The fourth bedroom’s ensuite bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet.
Dining room :
The dining area has a wooden table with 6 chairs, plus outside wooden table with 6 more chairs. The dining room is also home to a cabinet with lots of local information/tour brochures, kids' games and even car battery jump leads.
Kitchen:
The western style kitchen has electric stove with 4 rings/oven/ventilator, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and lots of storage space. The kitchen also has a utility room with a washing machine, iron/board and a wash basin. You can also take advantage of the laundry service with daily maid and also a gardener from the management office. Room service is also available from the onsite Loch Palm restaurant between 8am-6pm every day.
Living rooms:
The lounge has a nice comfortable sofa and chairs for 8 people. Other facilities include satellite/cable TV/DVD, a surround sound speaker system, and even 2 UPS in case power drops. There are nice Balinese/Asian decorations all round. The lounge leads out to a garden courtyard with a swimming pool surrounded by three sun loungers, plus 2 inflatable lilos and a small tricycle for kids stored nearby. The nicely decorated garden features Buddha statues lit up at night that create outstanding visual effects.
