I was a first timer to Pattaya, first timer staying in a private villa and a very nervous first timer booking online with this company. Paul was very reassuring in all email responses and very helpful regarding our stay in Pattaya including transfer from the airport.
Villa was perfect in every way, the situation of the villa is perfect and the staff (daily cleaning staff, reps and management) were perfect.
Definately use Paul and his company again without doubt.

"Relaxation in Baan-Foxlea"
I can say that this villa is glamorous and it will charm you from the first minute. Everything what you need to take a rest is in place: car, VERY big pool, jakuzzi, outdoor sala, etc. Janitors and other staff are very freindly. I can't said anything bad about Baan-Foxlea, and if you would like to spend your vacation with your frineds in Pattaya - then that's will be the right selection. Thanks to Thailand Holiday Homes and especially to Nim.

Being a world traveler, the superior level of professionalism and value of renting from Thailand Holiday Homes rivals anything I've experienced. Top notch and six stars :), all the way, from booking to departure. Every effort was acomplished to ensure a truely magical event. Many, many appreciative, thanks, for providing the ultimate in Thailand hospitality. And a very special thank you to Tuk, for her personal dedication in making for an exquisite stay, look so easy.

"It was a beautiful palace"
This was a much needed place to live at, words cant express my gratitude and my happiness this was an incredible place the pool, the facilities, flat screen TV's and many other amenities that I wish i had time to list but my stay here was unforgettable and one my reasons for staying was because Ing was a very professional and knowledgeable person of the property site which made me more confortable to stay. This place is worth the money so in order to appreciate it you will need to stay. The maids and the grounds keeper you guys are on top of it swift and silent keep up the good work and I will be back.

23 Aug 2010, 00:40 / Margarette Bungalow 138/82 - Baan Kinaree

"Baan-Kinaree review"
house was lovely and staff was great. 2 problems tho. 2 of the toilets had big problems and wouldnt flush properly. dissapointing for 5 star accomodation.

secondly the electricity cost was ridiculous. 2 and a half days for 1500 baht and we were very wary of turning off air cond in rooms not used. at this rate it would cost 2000 baht a month in electricity bill for the house. i find that very hard to believe

23 Aug 2010, 00:40 / Stan Thailand villa 11/7 - Pratumnak Hill House

"Great House, Great Service"
Stayed in the Pratumnak Hill House for 11 days in June. This was the first time I have rented a house for vacation, usually always stay at the Marriott in Pattaya but we had a large group of friends traveling. The house was the perfect choice and the value was huge over the hotel, 6 large bedrooms and 6 large bathrooms so we could spread out. The pool was great for relaxing in the day or night, and it was nice to be able to BBQ on the deck. The staff at Thailand Holiday homes was great, and the trip was perfect.

23 Aug 2010, 00:39 / Croc Brom Thailand villa 138/81 - Baan Nomella

"Baan Exceptional"
Stayed in Baan Nomella for 15 days with two families or six people. Excellent venue and service which met all our expectations. The villa catered for all ages providing two entertaining areas and internet facility. Regular staff (Tuk) was exceptional, spoke great English and was very professional and reliable with all aspects of her work. Having a vechile and being so close to the beach was also welcomed. Paul Hunt was very prompt with all our early requests re costs and arrival arrangements. We will be returning next year.

"Home away from home"
We stayed in this villa for 4 nights in July and fell in love with it! It is literally the most amazing place we have ever stayed. Everything from the villa to the staff and even the location were perfect! The Villa is well furnished, well maintained n very clean. The pool was our favourite part of the villa, it was large n clean.

It is completely private and very quite. If you are staying at a place like this you want to relax and stay away from the hustle and bustle but it is not too far away either (its only a 15 minute ride to the city centre n just 1 km from Jomtien beach.

We were also given a bike for 200 baht a day, this made it easy & cheap to get around. They also had free wifi which was great!

Everything was just perfect. We will definitely come back next year and recommended it to all our friends.

23 Aug 2010, 00:37 / Randy Erickson Thailand villa 138/98 - Baan Marlee

Paul,

In all respects you exceeded your end of the bargain during our vacation in July. Your immediate attention to detail such as internet and the brief water difficulty was appreciated.
Please accept the following as an effort to be constructive and is certainly not given to you as anything other than an issue I would be concerned with if I lived in Viewpoint. While most of the properties in Viewpoint are well kept and maintained there are a few properties that detract from the general attractiveness of the community. I believe these poorly kept homes and gardens devalue your otherwise lovely village. Thanks for everything Paul. I hope to see you next year and may well have another property for you to rent once our home is complete...with swimming pool I might add... Randy

10 Aug 2010, 00:28 / Dewey Choy - London Phuket villa Baan Krajok - Panwa Beach

This is the most beautiful house with 4 big bedrooms, can easily accommodate 10 people. The layout is simply spacious and welcoming, it leads you to the swimming pool and the sun set view straight from the front entrance. It's beautifully furnished and well maintained.

Just about 1 minute walk to the beach. The other side of peninsula is the yacht club. Major shopping at Central with all different restaurants, department stores and cinema, it's conveniently located in the best quite place in Phuket next to the Chalong Bay. It's perfect for a group of 5-10 and family, highly recommended to anyone.
