Upstairs the balconied bedrooms four en-suite have individual access overlooking the pool and beyond to the ocean and Pratumnak, South Pattaya. The ground floor offers a further two bedrooms en-suite, maid’s quarters, dining area and fully fitted kitchen. I was a first timer to Pattaya, first timer staying in a private villa and a very nervous first timer booking online with this company. Paul was very reassuring in all email responses and very helpful regarding our stay in Pattaya including transfer from the airport.
Villa was perfect in every way, the situation of the villa is perfect and the staff (daily cleaning staff, reps and management) were perfect.

"Great House, Great Service"
Stayed in the Pratumnak Hill House for 11 days in June. This was the first time I have rented a house for vacation, usually always stay at the Marriott in Pattaya but we had a large group of friends traveling. The house was the perfect choice and the value was huge over the hotel, 6 large bedrooms and 6 large bathrooms so we could spread out. The pool was great for relaxing in the day or night, and it was nice to be able to BBQ on the deck. The staff at Thailand Holiday homes was great, and the trip was perfect. |
