As all our properties, this 4 double bedroom 4 bathroom villa is of the highest of standards and has the advantage of South East facing large gardens to the front of the Villa giving a sunny aspect most of the day. The ground floor is of open plan design with separate kitchen and open tiled utility area to the rear of the kitchen covered by a large canopy. The perimeter of this Thailand villa is totally secure with a high six foot wall to the rear with walls and wrought iron fencing to the other three sides. A large sliding wrought ‘iron gate’ gives you access to your private off road parking. A large communal pool is located some three to four minute stroll from the Thailand villa which is set in shaded gardens with toilet and shower facilities.
Perfect for families and single groups alike.

Fully fitted with granite worktops and tiled floors, appliances include fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, cooker, rice cooker, toaster and all utensils. There are place settings for eight people. A washing machine is available at the covered utility area. Iron and ironing board are also provided. |

The living area is light and spacious with modern furnishings, seating for eight persons with Cable TV, DVD/CD player and separate radio / CD player, please note this player will not accept copy CD’s. The living area opens to a dining facility for six persons. |
| Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: |
These bright and spacious Villas come with daily maid service, all linen and towels are provided-please bring your own beach towels or purchase locally. A local laundry service is available close-by at very reasonable prices. |
