All bedrooms have en-suite facilities except bedroom 4, there is a further cloakroom of the living area with toilet and wash hand basin. |

Fitted with granite worktops, appliances include a fully fitted oven and hob, Dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, rice cooker, toaster and enough utensils for ten persons. The washing machine is situated at the rear of the Villa. Ironing board and iron are provided. |
| Living rooms: |
The spacious living area offers comfortable seating for ten, with a separate dining table and chairs seating 8 persons. For your enjoyment a cable TV with CD/DVD player is provided offering many choices of programmes. High speed wireless facilities are included, bring your laptop! |

Good size gardens, private adult and children's pool, marble patio area with table and bench seating, tiled lounging area with a cane suit with table seating five to six persons, water feature's, a gas BBQ can be provided. |
