The sculpted waterfall at the lower end of the pool helps to provide privacy, sheltering the property from the road. The incorporated Children’s pool and outdoor pool shower, mean that you have everything on hand to enjoy the alfresco lifestyle, and exploit the pool to its fullest. Moving inside, we find a villa dominated by a large expanse of open flooring, making up an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area of significant proportions. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, with its own separate terrace, a place for the chef to relax with a glass of wine, whilst the food is cooking. Upstairs, the master bedroom truly deserves the name. Elegantly decorated, large and airy, with a very large en-suite wet room. The second bedroom would be the master bedroom in any other villa, spacious and served by another well-equipped wet room. A further two more bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Less than a kilometre from the beach, Baan Tantawan is part of the prestigious Viewpoint development.

Hi paul
Sorry i haven't been in touch sooner but with one thing or another i never got around to emailing you. anyway i hope you nom ella and calypso had a lovely xmas and wishing you a happy new year! weather here at the moment is in the minus figures, never has it been so cold in ireland!
anyway thanks again for a great holiday, the villa as always was superb, staff friendly , servive unbelievable and weather great! we never have any problems when we rent off you from the booking right through to the actual holiday always runs so smoothly and we enjoyed every minute of it!! oh i wish i was back out there again ( as i look out at an ice covered lawn). Hopefully in the near future we'll see you again. myself and willie hoped to get married in oct 2011 so we are planning ( if we have all saved etc) to go out in january or february 2011 to get wedding rings teeth whitened, massages, maybe a dress etc and i'll be bringing the bridesmaids and prob the groomsmen with us, we might get their outfits also, i hear mam saying that she wants to come aswell!! so whos knows we could need two villas off you next january! anyway i'll let you get back to you daily "slog" of lying in the sun. ha ha!!! thanks again for all your help. hi to all the gang in jomtien

So far, I stayed in viewpoint Village with and without family 6 times!!!!
This happened just in the last 18 months and to be honest the Villa quality, given service and feasible price is the only reason for my frequent stay in the same town and country for my vacations.
Here by I would like to thank Paul, his kind wife and the managers in his office to create such a nice vacation package for us coming from all around the world.
Important to mention that I stayed in different Villas each time I was there and surprisingly they all had almost the same level of high quality. |

| My name is Pooya and I am Iranian. Two of my friend and I had been in Pattaya during the Sonkran celebration. We stayed in view point villa (Baan duan 138/110). It was very beautiful and clean. Mr. Paul is a nice man. He helped us in many things besides Puey was very kind; she reserved three motorbikes and some tiffany show tickets for us. Kal was very friendly; he gave me a wireless password for using internet in the villa. The villa price and accommodation was very reasonable and it was really better than a 5star hotel. I will stay in this villas every time that I come Pattaya again. |
