You will be home from home in this spacious Thailand villa with modern European furnishings just a tint of Thai decor surrounds you for added interest. The entrance porch with its cane suite provides open air daytime relaxation in the shade, amongst the palms, trees and tropical flowers with calm breezes from the Jomtien coast to cool you.

Bedrooms 1-2-3 and 5 have on-suite facilities, bedroom 4 shares the bathroom with bedroom three - there are two independent lockable entrances. |

A galley style fitted kitchen with small table and chairs, granite worktops. Appliances include fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, rice cooker, toaster, with all the utensils you may require. |
| Utility room: |
All properties have a washing machine, iron and ironing board. |
| Living rooms: |
The living area is open plan but divided into two by the large sofa arrangement, both dining and living area seating can accommodate ten persons comfortably. Cable TV is provided with some 60 Thai and English channels (Football is available). |

| I would just like to tell everyone how much me and the boys enjoyed our holiday, we all said it was the best holiday we had ever had. The accomadation was top class and Paul, Nom, Puey and all the other staff were spot on. Without a doubt I would visit pattaya again and definately stay in one of the villas at view point. | My friends and I rented this villa in late February 2009. We cannot say enough good things about the accommodations and the service, our only gripe is that we should’ve gotten one with a pool. We were able to really enjoy ourselves. We tell everybody who will listen that there’s no way we’re ever staying in a hotel if we come back to Thailand. We will be booking with Paul and the girls…no question about it. |

Hi Paul
We finally got home on Tuesaday last, 9 days late from Thailand. We were put up by the tourist board in the A one hotel which was very nice and comfortable.
I just wanted to thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house. It was perfect in every way and i hope that you were happy with your tenants. Your cleaners were excellent and my laundry was never ironed so well.
Your family were great and we felt right at home in your house.
We will return to Pattaya and we will be in touch when we finalise our next trip.
I will visit the website and leave a fantastic report and if anyone wants information regarding the house direct them to me and i will give you a glowing reference.
Thanks again for everything, being in such a beautiful comfortable house was a big factor in us having a wonderful time.
