The new refurbished Villa 138/81 it is no longer the same as the others, it has 4 bedrooms all with on-suite and king size beds (6') as well as a further bathroom on the ground floor. The ground floor is now open plan of some 1000sq feet and very spacious.
Our 138/81 luxury four bedroom holiday villa with free use of car and private children's and main swimming pool, it offers four large bedrooms with on-suite facilities, a fabulous private jacuzzi within the adult pool, childrens pool, waterfall feature, sundeck and purpose built BBQ.
Outside areas to the right with beautifully laid out gardens with lawn, large natural wooden swing and rustic seating for four persons. There is also outside seating on the sundeck area for six persons on a large Rosewood table and benches.The Sundeck area has an external shower, it is surrounded by lights which can be used for late night BBQ and socializing, there are two living areas one for entertainment satellite TV DVD etc with surround sound system fitted into the ceiling and the main area also has it's own seating.
All our luxury homes are recently built and furnished in a blend of European style with traditional Thai craftsmanship. Many of the furnishings have been hand made and the properties feature décor to suit the most demanding of tastes. See our interiors page for examples. Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - King size bed and ample furniture
Bedroom 2 - King size bed and ample furniture
Bedroom 3 - King size bed and ample furniture
Bedroom 4 - Queen size bed ample fitted furniture
Bathroom:
3 are on-suite with shower, WC and washbasin. Additional cloakroom.
Kitchen:
Fully fitted, granite worktops, appliances including fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob with extractor, rice cooker, in-fact, everything you need to test your culinary skills.
Utility room:
Dishwasher to Villa 138/81, all properties have a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Living rooms:
The living areas are spacious and furnished in a beautiful contemporary style and equipped with a satellite or cable receiver, a widescreen TV and DVD player with surround sound system. It opens into a dining area with an eight seat dining suite.
Other:
On the first floor are four large bedrooms, 3 with en-suites. In addition, a sofa bed big enough for 2 children or another adult to sleep is available on request. Large wardrobes with dresser to accommodate the most demanding ladies.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
These bright and spacious villas come with a daily maid service, all towels and linen are provided - but please bring your own beach towels or purchase locally. A local laundry service is also available close-by and very cheap.

From the moment we arrived at Bangkok airport we knew we were going to be looked after. Arriving in a foreign country can be a stressful experience (especially after a 12 hour flight). Paul had arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and the driver was friendly and most importantly on time.
When we arrived at the villa we were amazed at how beautiful and well maintained it was. We were dealt with professionally at all times and made to feel at home even though we were in a foreign country. Within a couple hours of arriving, I knew I would not want to leave.
A lot of holiday homes do not meet up to your expectations and you are often left disappointed. We can honestly give this villa/holiday 10/10 and without a DOUBT will use Thailand Holiday Homes again for future bookings.
The fact that the villa comes with a car is a big advantage and is very useful. Within two days we became familiar with the routes and roads. Taking a taxi everywhere does not allow you to this so we were very lucky. We were always in close contact with the villa owner and she was very lovely and welcoming. She helped us arrange excursions, booked our taxis for us and even helped us order food over the phone.
If you have any doubts of staying in Pattaya/Jomtien, put those doubts away and don't believe what you read on the internet. I can honestly say that this was the best holiday we have ever been on and we are already thinking of when to go back.

Arrived Bangkok one & half hours late to be greeted by our smiling driver who was glad we had got there not moaning we where late. The drive down to Pattaya was much enjoyed and improved as the new road nears completion Paul & Nom greeted us at our accommodation to show use around. Then in the pool for quick refreshing swim, change and out for Thai meal just up the road.
As golfers the first thing to do is join the Pattaya sports club which will give 25% discount on most courses and in some restaurants.
The golf courses are all first class. Buggy caddy and a round of golf, all for less than half you would pay for just the golf in Spain or Portugal If you play
Bangpra take fruit to feed the Monkeys they will take it from you.
If you have the time a trip to Bangkok is a must the elephant park, crocodile farm are great and the canal taxi's are adrenalin rushing as the trip up the river is amazing there is much to see and do I will be back next year.
Ps. Paul & Noms team looked after use very well.
