Baan-Phailin, completed renovation in the middle 2009 at Viewpoint and is situated on a quiet road on the East side of the development. Gated and secure with off road parking these good size gardens are ideal for families with younger children in total safety whilst unattended. Four double bedrooms and a spacious open plan living area with granito floors, air conditioning and entertainment facilities gives a perfect option verses a hotel environment.
A large communal pool 16 meters by eight meters with a 5 meter children’s pool is also avaiilable set in large gardens with seating, toilets and shower facilities just a short stroll away about three to four minute walk from your Villa. A new Thai restaurant is close-by and opens at 0830 until the late hours serving Thai and European food. Perfect for families or single groups alike.

Fully fitted with granite and composite worktops, appliances include fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, rice cooker, toaster and enough utensils for eight persons. The washing machine is situated to the rear on the kitchen patio area. An ironing board and iron are provided. |
| Living rooms: |
The Villa which faces East offers cooler accommodation, modern furnishings and cream colour suite. Cable TV with DVD/CD player offers movie channels in English and cartoon channels for the children. The living area opens to the dining area with seating for six. |
| Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: |
The Villas come with daily maid service included in the price, all linen and towels are provided-please bring your own beach towels or purchase locally. A local laundry service is available close-by at very reasonable prices. |

Myself Steve and Chris all stayed in your fabulous villa from 14th to 22nd November 2009. The facilities were superb, the pool excellent, the attention to detail second to none. We will be back again for Sonkran in April 2010 ! A special mention for Tuk who is brilliant and made our long needed holiday perfect. Well done !!

Im Sakis from Greece! I stayed with my friend at Baan- Phailin 138/92 villa for 5 nights from 18-23 september.We had a very nice stay at ur villa.The house is really wonderful with full equipment and all comforts and the swimming pool very clean ,as someone was cleaning that every day. The place is fantastic too!! Im looking forward to coming to stay at one of ur villas next year again!! |
